I love a good pumpkin spice latte, however I don’t love the $4 price-tag and the fact that it’s made with soy milk and non-organic coffee. So I make my own using 2 cups of organic, shade-grown medium roast coffee, 1/4 cup So Delicious Pumpkin Spice Coconut Milk, 2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk and some cinnamon. If you want a little more pumpkin spice flavor, add an extra 1/4 cup and take out the almond milk (I use the unsweetened almond milk to cut back on the sugar). If you want some froth, put the pumpkin spice coconut milk and the almond milk in a milk frother. Voila!
